Our Fees

Our Fees

We’re ready to share our advice and experience.

At Afpan Edward Solicitors we believe everyone should have access to legal services when needed, and we work with our clients to provide positive outcomes.

In the UK, legal fees charged at an hourly rate can also vary depending on factors such as the lawyer’s expertise, the location of the law firm, the nature of the legal matter, and the complexity of the case. Generally, hourly rates for solicitors in the UK can range from £100 to £500 or more per hour. Barristers, who are specialist advocates often instructed by solicitors to represent clients in court, may have hourly rates that range from £150 to £1,000 or more.

The indicative cost of each stage of the process will depend on the seniority of the lawyer who is advising you – this would always be your choice – and where the lawyer is based.

We’ll ensure that you have clarity throughout the legal process, starting with our legal fees and what you can expect.
